For most Choir concerts, there are four ways to buy tickets: in person at the Symphony Hall Box Office, by telephone, by post or online.

Postal bookings may be sent to the address above. A £2.00 booking fee applies.

All of our Symphony Hall concerts may be booked on the Internet. Please choose a concert from our listings page and then look for the BOOK ONLINE link. Alternatively, you can visit the Symphony Hall web site. A £1.00 booking fee applies to online booking.

For our out of town concerts, please follow instructions on the relevant concert page of this web site.

Discounts available on £16 prices and above:

• Young persons (up to and including 25) can plan it and get a 50% discount or chance it and an hour before the concert pay £5 for the best remaining seat in the house.
• Disabled patrons: 50% for themselves and up to one companion. Disabled patrons requiring wheelchair access or special parking facilities should telephone 0121-780 4949.
• Family ticket for the Christmas Celebrations only (anywhere) - child (16 and under accompanied by an adult): £5, adult: £15 - maximum 2 adults and 6 tickets per family group.
• Passport to Leisure (available an hour before the concert) £20 for top-priced tickets, £15 for other tickets.
• Groups - 10 or more: 20% plus one free ticket for the group organiser.
