Clicking on the podcast link should cause your browser to download the music file and begin playing it. However, as music files are large, this may take a little while. If you are connected to the Internet via a dial-up connection, this may be longer than you're prepared to wait! Alternatively, you can download the file. If you are using Internet Explorer, right-click on the podcast link and then choose the 'Save Target As...' option or something similar.
